We are looking for a dedicated and responsible person to be our next Kitchen Assistant. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
・No experience in the hospitality sector required but it’s a big plus if you have it;
・High proficiency in English (Dutch and other languages are a plus);
・Interest in Japanese cuisine and drinks;
・Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
・Strong work ethic, initiative, confidence and an outgoing demeanour;
・Availability in the weekend and night time;
・You live in or near the Amsterdam area;
・You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
・Part-time, with the possibility to do get full time in the future;
・Salary range depending on experience and hourly load;

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible person to be our next sous-chef. You will be working closely with the head chef and one of the business owners/executive chef, and you will be the main responsible person in their absence.
・Experience in the kitchen (min. 2 years);

・Interest in Japanese cuisine and drinks;
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
・Strong work ethic, initiative, confidence and an outgoing demeanour;
・Availability in the weekend and night time;

・Full time contract;
・As a full timer we work 4 days and have 3 days off but this can be adjustable;
・Salary range depending on experience and hourly load;

・Responsibilities include: Manage all kitchen operations and staff in the absence of the head chef;
・Oversee all food preparation and presentation in the absence of the head chef;

・Generating new ideas for menu items;
